  3. In order to use this program you must ensure that you have COOKIE.EXE and
  4. COOKIE.DAT in the same directory. The COOKIE.DAT file contains a set of
  5. demonstration cookies which have the following format;
  6.         Each line begins with a hash (#) symbol.
  7.         A percent (%) symbol forces a new line.
  8.         No cookie is longer than 255 characters.
  9.         A cookie is on one line only (the program automatically wraps                        the cookie).

  11. Please distribute this program at will, but under no circumstances can it
  12. be sold commercially.
  13. When distributing this program please ensure that the following three files
  14. are distributed together;
  15.         COOKIE.TXT
  16.         COOKIE.EXE
  17.         COOKIE.DAT
  18.
